RecommendedNowadays, good customer service is hard to come by. Jack Schmitt Ford has been a pleasure to work with especially Dan Nunn in the service department. He went above and beyond when the passenger airbags required replacement in fact, Lincoln went above and beyond. I hope to purchase an MKC Reserve or a Nautilus within the next year or so.

This is our 2nd car at this dealership and 8th Ford vehicle overall and am satisfied with Ford and this dealership. We had a problem with the lift gate and was taken care of by the dealership. The service dept. called when the repair was done.
I took my vehicle in to get a recall worked on. When I went in, they notified me of an ADDITIONAL recall on my vehicle and said they would take care of both of them no problem. They made everything quick, easy, and painless!

Easy to work with, no hassle, no pressure. I would definitely go back when I purchase my next car. Zack was an excellent salesman to work with. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the process.
Always nice. They finished in a third of the time they said they would. They help with other things you need not having to do with what you bring your car in for.
