Bad business. They emailed me a price for a truck so I drove out on my birthday vacation weekend to get the truck and all of a sudden they want $5k more and say there was a computer glitch in the system and there’s nothing they can do about it.
Everyone on staff is kind & welcoming. I was able to purchase exactly what I was looking for....a white Ford Explorer with all the bells & whistles!! The sales associates weren’t pushy & the the general manager made our experience stress free! I will definitely purchase future vehicles from Jack Schmitt!! 👍🏻

I would not recommend Jack Schmitt Ford service department to anyone. What should have been a simple procedure was treated with nothing more than --it costs $149 dollars to install-- Because I didn't buy the OEM Ford equipment there they would not even consider the Jack Schmitt Ford.com on line price of $92 for the installation even though all that had to be done was to turn the remote start function on my 2014 F150 from off to on using the Ford IDS device (which only the dealer can do).
went to Jack Schmitt Ford test drive 2 vehicles made a cash offer never heard from them again. I know what no response means but dam no call no nothing.

My husband and I just brought a 2017 Grand Caravan from Zach. He was really friendly and helpful. I knew what I wanted, my 2 must have were automatic doors and armrest on the bucket seats!!! the 1st van we test drove didnt have either one. Zach checked all the other vans to see which ones that them. The day we went it was raining and he went out in the rain. I am so happy with our purchase from you guys!!! Even my kiddos love the new van!!!! Definitely will recommend you guys!!!!
