They have given me the worst experience of my life in buying a vehicle. They sold me a car with a known issue and then refused to fix it! They live up to the stereotype of used car salesman: pushy, manipulative and dishonest!
I would highly recommend this dealership. From speaking with Katie, Internet sales, to her setting me up with my sales man Tom, and then finishing things up with Lisa, it was a fantastic experience. I never felt pressured as I have with other dealers I had visited. They were very professional and personable. I am so glad they were able to help me with my vehicle search and make it such a good experience. Will go back!
Their internet salesperson was quick to respond to my questions. Willie Elliott helped us purchase a pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee. Super easy to work with, no pressure to buy. He gave us a fair price on the vehicle and good trade-in value. Finance dept (Stormy) got us in and out quickly to close the deal. Very happy with all involved- I’d recommend to friends and family.

Every time I visit the dealership it’s a wonderful experience even when they give me bad news. The people are professional, courteous, and honest ! I appreciate them tremendously . Kevin gives me excellent customer service every visit. Not to mention that I pay attention to all the small things as well.
