We had a great experience here! We drove around 400 miles to buy a vehicle from them and would do it all over again. We looked at multiple dealerships in our local area and never received decent service. We arrived 20 minutes before the dealership opened and still had multiple people ask to help us! They were all so friendly and helpful.
I’ll try and be polite... but I will never, and I mean NEVER purchase another vehicle through them. Customer Service horrible, everyone passes the buck and when you spend $40,000+ on a vehicle and have several issues and they honor NOTHING to be fixed. Poor poor poor service. That’s not how you treat customers. We are loyal GMC purchasers and will definitely be looking everywhere else but there for a vehicle, work trucks etc!
I will NEVER buy another car from them. I would give zero stars if I could. I HATE THIS PLACE. I pay 70 bucks for an oil change with a tire rotation included and they NEVER rotate my tires. This place is a joke. seriously. Take your business elsewhere like Robert's in Alton. I'm SURE they do a better job. this place is repulsive. I cant express how much I hate this place. Once I can rid of this car I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
A friend of mine was blocked from posting her experience because it was negative, so here I am. She purchased a car from this place as well as a warranty for said car. Well, here we are 2 years later and something on her car cracks, WHICH IS COVERED UNDER HER WARRANTY. They REFUSE to replace and fix it unless it "fully breaks" knowing that 1. she's only got 700 miles until the warranty is void. If I could give 0 stars I would. You all are a joke. You need to BACK YOUR WARRANTIES. If the warranty says something is covered, YOU fix it. Desirae Stevenson (West) bought a car from you two years ago and purchased the warranty. Yet, every issue that has gone wrong with this car (which has been a ton) has not been covered by your so called warranty. But, this time the warranty specifically says the timing belt is covered.
