As a 3rd generation employee of General motors i am disgusted by your actions regarding replacing a warrantied timing belt. My sister Desirae West trusted you with her first car purchase. It is truly disgusting how you have treated her and her "throw away" sonic. Honor her warranty!!
I’m leaving another review on this Facebook because they don’t deserve to have 4.3 stars out of 5. If I could give less than a one star I would. A friend of mine got completely screwed over with the Chevy Sonic she was sold. Terry Birch sold her a 2013 Chevy Sonic in 2018, 2 years later she is having major problems with the car (mind you she has a warranty) they have stated to her many times that her warranty isn't going to cover what is wrong with her car regardless of the warranty stating in bold face print that it covers ... read more

they will waste your time and money 10 out of 10 would not recommend No one go here they do not honer warranty work they always find a way out of it i wouldn't recommend this dealer to my worst enemy 0 out of 5 stars

Multiple signs are posted on the doors saying that masks are required to enter. Yesterday when I got my car serviced, all customers except one complied; however, the only employee wearing a mask was Jeff at the service desk. Jeff has always been my favorite at the service desk and now I know why -- he cares enough about his customers to protect them by wearing a mask.
