We worked with Dennis and Terry Birch and they were both great! Dennis stayed extra long to make sure everything went smoothly! He was great to work with and extremely patient. Not pushy at all! Definitely recommend Dennis!
I bought a used car from here. I got to deal with salesman Ron and the fianancal part of it by Lisa. Both of them were fantastic. Ron was very informative on the cars and made the whole experience enjoyable and honestly had a blast. Lisa was the same way, quick and very informative. Any time I or anyone I know is looking for a new car I am absolutely sending them Ron's way.
Josh Bray has been our "car guy" for years. We like how he does business and treats us. He gets to know his customers and wants to get them into the vehicle they want/need. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Worth the drive for us:)

They were very quick and efficient. Our salesman was Ron Bates. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We bought the Acadia we went in for and he was very patient explaining all of the features. Lisa in finance was also very nice. Thank you for a great experience.
****I will never do business with Jack Schmitt again!!!**** They try and get out of repairs I first brought the oil consumption to their attention in Sept of 2019! I was told my vin number didn't qualify when I I spoke to the service department well guess what!?! IT DOES!!! after going back and forth with wood River GM about this issue I will never buy another vehicle from them!
I had a great experience there today! I called this morning, they got me in to fix my tire and squeezed in my oil change as well, took me back to work and was there waiting for me when I got off work to take me back to get my car! I didn’t catch names today besides Jeff and Trent but everyone I dealt with today was pleasant and made this a super easy process!
I would absolutely recommend! I went today & bought a 2019 Terrain & Ronald Banks was my Salesman! He was very informative about the vehicle, all the accessories & he answered any questions I had. He made buying my first car a great & easy experience!
