My 81 year old mother-in-law has purchased 2 new cars (Paid cash) from this dealership over the past 9 years. Her latest car is a 2010 Cobalt that only has 9500 miles. She made a appointment to have the drivers window checked out because it quit working. She sat for almost 3 hours, they finally said it was a bad motor and wanted $448.75 to repair it. I was happy with my purchase of a Chevy Malibu. Chris made the purchase process easy. This time it was a service issue. Kevin and the service team made it as painless as possible. Even though they were swamped after the ice, they made me feel like my issue was a priority for them. Nice to know they stand behind their cars.
