While living in Dayton OH I bought a used HHR still under warranty with a year or two of free oil changes guaranteed by Chevy, not the dealer I bought the car from. When I moved here I took it to Jack Schmitt to get the oil changed and they wouldn't give me the time of day, presumably because I didn't buy the car from them. Whether or not that's the reason they still blew me off. I'll never go back there ....
I purchased a 2016 Impala last Friday and Jeff was amazing! He went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and was extremely patient with all of my questions! I will be mentioning his name to friends or family looking for a new vehicle. Thanks Jeff!
