Bought a GMC Terrain from then a few years ago and had multiple problems with it that they never fixed. Finally got them to work with me to trade it in for a Ford Escape. Here we are again! Have had it in the shop 4 times since December still not fixed! Of course now it is out of warranty, which was a crap warranty to begin with, even though it was the platinum warranty. Just simply horrible experience, i had a 8 a.m. monday appointment, at 4 p.m. monday i called and my truck was not even looked at. On tuesday i again called at 9:45 and still no answer, finally at 12:45 i get a call and what can i say just a horrible guess on a problem, just because my truck was under warranty. I sent one of my customers down to them, without a appointment on monday they got their timing chain replaced and the car back same day. This was one of our first true car buying experiences from an actual reputable dealer. I have to say Terry Birch took all the fear , and nervousness out of the buying experience then went above , and beyond to put us in a car when we didn't even think it was possible. I've seen other Chevy dealers claim to be a powerhouse but after my experience at Jack Schmitt I beg to differ on that.
