RecommendedAlthough we have not been here for vehicle shopping, they have always allowed my daughter to sell Girl Scout cookies here, and the manager has always purchased a large amount on behalf of the dealership itself. The rest of the employees always purchase their own, and have been gracious enough to make phone calls to their friends in an attempt to sell more! Guaranteed that when I’m in the market for a vehicle upgrade, they have my business!
very disappointed with service department. Brought vehicle in for scheduled service and 4 hours later nothing had been started on repair. The service manager and service advisor wer less than truthful in their response. Both honesty and integrity are questionable based on their response. My past experience with Art were fantastic and professional.

Purchased 2013 Honda Pilot in Dec 2021. It didn’t arrive on Lanai until Jan 6. The tires were bald on the front, and caused it to wobble. After multiple phone calls, they agreed to split the cost of two tires. Well, today my Pilot started spewing smoke from the exhaust and is hesitant while driving! There is no way this vehicle “legally” passed inspection before it was shipped to me! The vehicle only has 112k miles on it!
Sales people are nice, obviously they're trying to sell you something. But would not recommend going here. The service people are terrible and their "warranty" covers essentially nothing. Even when you tell them exactly what is wrong, they'll say omg bring it in before the 30 day warranty is up! So you wake up the kids, husband goes to work late, and you drive 30 minutes for someone else to say no it isn't covered and shrug.Don't waste your time buying from here. Initially w… See more
RecommendedHave to say thank you to the staff at stingray Bartow. They have been amazing since day 1. I have now bought two vehicles from them and both transactions were beyond smooth. When it comes to the service dept they have been amazing. Kept in contact with me the whole time my vehicle was there getting it’s standard maintenance and let me know when it was good to go. I drive 45 min away to go to stingray Bartow and I’d highly recommend them to anyone interested in a new or pre owned vehicle.
the service department will charge you nearly over double for repairs. so if they don't rip you off with the sales they will over charge you with repairs.
Bought a used 2007 ridge line with 90k on the clock and it broke down in less then 50 miles costing me 5k to fix
