Jack made the whole experience absolutely wonderful, His insight in the areas we were looking for was great and he made the whole procedure easy and enjoyable. Jack is always honest with the houses and it never feels like he is pushing you towards a house but will actually help you see some of the concerns you might not have noticed yourself. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to all of our friends and family.

Jack can best be described as a troubleshooter. I did not think I would be able to purchase my first condo because of a recent bankruptcy. Not only did Jack find a lender that was willing to work with us, but he worked a deal out with the sellers to take out a second to make the sale happen. When it came time to move up to a house, I had no reservations to go to Jack to handle the sale of our condo, and the purchase of our new house. As expected Jack was able to complete both to our utmost satisfaction.

I was living in a different state while the house was up for sale and during the negotiations with potential buyers. Jack handled everything well and kept me informed as to what was taking place. After several offers were placed, he again kept me informed by e-mail and phone as to what he would recommend doing. Jack was a fantastic realtor. We liked working with him enough that we had him sell our house and find us a new one. He did everything he could to ensure both deals were completed to our satisfaction. He is trustworthy, easy to work with and an all around great guy. He will be our one and only call if we should ever need a realtor again. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy, sell or both. He will work for you.

Jack really puts in the time an effort to understand what people are looking for then uses his knowledge of the area to find it and weeds out stuff you don't want to see

We needed to do a short sale on our house. It was vacant but full of the owners "stuff". Jack never blinked an eye and treat me as tho I was his most important customer. I will definitely go back to Jack when I am ready to buy another house.

Jack was absolutley amazing! As a first time home buyer I needed an agent that was not only knowledgable but someone who would be very patient with me and my needs. Communication, knowledge and patience are the most important factors in a real estate agent and Jack has them all. From returning phone call within minutes to taking us to see properties that we had requested to see on the same day, Jack was able to communicate with us on what properties were available and if they were priced right.
