Jack did an amazing job helping me find a new home. It was a long process because I was very particular about the type of home that I wanted in this difficult buyers market. Jack was very detail oriented and took the time to explain the home selling process to me. Issues that came up were resolved quickly. The pics he took were very professional and helped for a quick sale. I would recommend Jack to my family and friends for all their real estate needs.
Jack is one the best listed agents I have worked with. He is there when you needed and make sure you understand everything about the house. The purchase was quick, finished everything from signed contract to get the keys in few weeks.
It was a hard to sell property, because it was a commercial / residential that had challenges due to the fact that I was the sole occupant and hadn't rented out the other two units which made it hard for potential buyers to obtain certain loans. However it still took some time to find the right buyer. After two failed escrows and many potentials and a hand full of tire kickers. Jack got it done!
It was an awesome experience working with Jack. He was exceptionally knowledgeable in all aspects of selling my house. He made everything go so smoothly and was always available anytime I needed anything. He went above and beyond what I expected and help me to get the best price for my house. He put my needs first. I have already recommended him to some friends and would recommend him to anyone who wants a hard working, smart, honest, and experienced realtor.

Jack found us the perfect home! If we had a question about the house, the loan company or escrow he was there with the answer. He arranged an awesome inspector that was very knowledgeable as we purchased a home with a pool. Love this guy and would recommend him to anybody purchasing or selling. He's the man!
