I found Jack via Zillow and the experience that I have with him is unsurpassed thus far, I have bought 4 properties and this one in Long Beach was the fastest and most accurate work done that I have seen. very professional and amiable, a leader in the industry. I was so happy with his help that I asked him to be my property manager as well.

I found Jack here in Zillow with excellent reviews so I decided to contact him. Reviews helped me to find him so I'm giving back the favor for my fellow zillowers & to future clients! What I very like about Jack is his prompt response (email/text (thank God he can text! LOL!)/call), he also pointed out details of what first-time home buyers like me won't likely see. Jack was a great agent; he helped us buy a new home. He’s very knowledgable of the area and gives great tips on location and things to look for and anything that might affect home value. He’s also very aware of the fair market price and really good in negotiations. Looking back at some of the other houses we checked out and his price predictions, he pretty much predicted the prices of each of them correctly. He’s also always on time and very responsive to emails and phone calls.

I have known Jack for years. He is a man of integrity and will go to any link to help you. We looked for 8 months. He currently helped me get my home in Laguna Beach. It was a short sale with multiple offers. I was not accepted as the bank chose someone else. Jack encouraged me to put in a back up offer. I was sure it would not work and to my shock two days later I was signing docs! He put in the time and "wasn't going to settle" knowing my family's needs. Great job Jack!!

I would recommend Jack to anybody that wants to find a home, whether it be a rental or a home of your own Jacks the man. jack is always happy and smiling and carries a genuine presence with him. I did not have one issue working with Jack it was a great experience, I recommend him to anybody, family, friends, even a person I met on the street. jack is the man when you need something done

Jack did a great job with the sale of our rental house! There were lots of delays created by the buyers, but Jack stayed on top of things and kept the process moving forward. We highly recommend him.

I do not ever under any circumstances post reviews on anything or anybody, however, this one is long over due. Simply, Awesome!!!! is what Jack is and continues to be. I highly recommend him and all of his associates if you are even remotely considering buying a home or property. To put this review in perspective I must tell all of you that my wife and I purchased our first home last year in October.
