Jack provide excellent customer service, and was very helpful to my family during a very difficult time. He returned all calls and made himself available for signing documents according to my schedule. Jack did such an awesome job, I recommended him to a friend who he helped sell their house.

Jack was very helpful in finding me my first home. Was on top of his game. Would always text me in the morning if a new home was on the market and more then half the time he had already drove by the location to check out the neighborhood.
Unlike virtually every other person involved with the purchase of our home, Jack was by far the most reliable. He was always a phone call away. He worked extremely hard to help us find the right home. And continued to work hard through negotiation and closing. Buying our first home was extremely stressful, but Jack was always there to keep us calm, guide us through it, and navigate the entire process from start to finish. He's the only reason we remained sane!
We have known Jack for a number of years, and he was very helpful when we needed to find a new tenant for our rental home in Lakewood. I have done many transactions with Jack and everyone has been exceptional. He is very thorough he does his homework. He is very prompt and returns phone calls in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable with the area in long beach and Lakewood where I own my home and some rentals. He knows the area very well, when I need it rented again I call him for help getting it rented and for the going market rents.
