To whom it may concern, I would like to give the new management (Marilys Anisley) my most sincere gratitude for handling a out of hand situation so professionally, and resolving the problems with the last manager (Carmen Nunez). We are so elated that that woman was relieved of her duties so that we can live and thrive here at Jack Orr in peace!
CARMEN HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL IN FIXING ANY PROBLEMS THAT I HAD IN MY APARTMENT!!! I'M VERY HAPPY HEAR AND I HOPE THAT JACK ORR APPRECIATES ALL THAT SHE IS DOING FOR THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE

The only complaint I have of this property is that I don't have any complaints. Lol The property is always clean and organized. Management is amazing not to single out anyone in particular but Carmen is amazing her assistant as well. They are both efficient and more than professional in their day to day work ethics. Thank you Carmen for your help.
