Priced high forcing you to pull teeth in negotiation for a fair deal. Once deal is obtained they hold negotiations against you - mentioning it often, like a child would. After purchasing a used truck for greater than $50K (at a slightly above fair market used price - I wanted to work with them, made a generous deal to make it happen) I noticed on eve of purchase that taillight was cracked and allowing condensation to collect. Unorganized, unprofessional, disrespectful!
I've been a loyal customer to this dealership from having my Ford products being serviced and major mechanical issues fixed in the service department. My wife and I decided to get a new car and picked Jack Kissee due to this relationship. Very happy with the 2019 Ford Mustang that we purchased. Rex the salesman was great! However it does turn south. Don’t believe the sales person when they tell you they do a detailed inspection on the used vehicles they sell. Shortly after my purchase of an 2010 F250 I was replacing the cab mounts, as every last one of them were rotted and had to be replaced. And it wasn’t something that easily concealed, and could be missed. I should have gotten a third party inspection and would suggest that to everyone buying from them.
Dont be rude to your past customers & when their is a problem fix it without trying to make a dollor!!!!!
