Very helpful Very helpful staff. Would buy or lease from anytime. Managers are nice as well as customer service people. Very clean and maintained facitilty (repair). Good selection of vehicles. Have fords and other brands in used car lot. Bathrooms are clean, and plenty of parking in front if your looking after hours also.
Car Sales I will continue to shop at Jack Kissee everytime I need a new vechile. The staff was friendly and not pushy! I was able to look around and the called my sales man on his cell when I was ready and he was at there to help us into our new truck!
RecommendedAwesome customer service. Quick service by salespeople. The website was easy to manage. And when we arrived we didn't make it to the door before Mike came to greet us! It was a wonderful time while the paperwork was being taken care of by Matt.
It's hard to find an actual Ford dealership with a service center that isn't just flying through life on the brand name of the cars that are being sold. Great experience.

Took my pickup in December 16th and got it back January 15th.......FOR A SIMPLE AXLE SHAFT REPLACEMENT!!!!! How do you think I feel? I will say the EXTREME delay was not the fault of the Jack Kissie dealership, but apparently Ford corporate. The men and women at the dealership appeared to be doing whatever they could to get me going again, and I was back in business less than 24 hours after they FINALLY received the correct axle shaft. The service department did a great job but I was very disappointed with folks walking around without masks. I did not feel comfortable. A gentleman walked in the waiting area took off his mask and had a good 15 minute conversation with other customers who were wearing masks then he went up front. Plus a salesman carried on a phone conversation in the hallway without a mask. I totally get how confining masks are but right now we are in a different situation and I have to wear one so shall others.
