Emerging from the alcoholic waves of post-Prohibition activity, Jack Fry's tavern opened up way back in 1933. Mr. Fry closed the original incarnation of the restaurant in 1972 and it changed hands for a few years until it re-opened with the same moniker in 1987. The new owner (a former waitress at old Jack's) still pays homage to the man with his old horse racing pictures and other sports memorabilia hanging on the walls. Hands down best service ever. From Bridgette the host. To Lee our server. To the server asst. To the bartender. Never have I experienced such a wonderful dining experience. Top notch. The lamb and the Pork chops were the best I have ever had. I will be back. Now I know what the hype is all snout. Such organization. It puts all other service to shame in other restaurants. I will highly recommend over and over. 10 stars! Thanks for an amazing experience Lee. Best server period.
Awesome dinner with my boyfriend... We were in town for a concert and a bartender recommended it to us for a nice dinner. He had a delicious filet and I had the spaghetti squash which was just AWESOME! Great choice for vegetarians! Would definitely go again! �
The salmon and steak were very flavorful, and the service was terrific.
Great Steak House! Small, dark, classy. 1 of everything but that's it. Perfect dinner place for couples.
Very nice low key spot with a vibe like no other. The piano playing live will sooth your soul while enjoying delishous foods.
