Bought a new MKZ (factory order) from Barry Price at Demmer's. We live in Louisiana and were giving our old car to our daughter in Dearborn, so buying in Michigan and driving home saved us from having to fly back to Louisiana. Everything went perfectly, even though the transaction and dealings were primarily done via phone and e-mail. Barry was top notch, and nothing slipped through the cracks, as can happen when trying to order a factory car with a travel schedule in mind. Service manager is pathetic. Had the truck for over a week to replace a oil pan gasket. Sad thing is this is the second time we had to bring it in. Never keeps promises and won't return calls. Slow ass service
