Had a slow leak in my tire. Went to Jack Demmer that morning prior to starting my noon work shift. Department was super busy and approximate wait was a couple of hours. I mentioned to the rep that I would not be able to stay as I was on my way to work. He told me that he understood and would squeeze me in and get me back on road in time to start my shift. I brought my Focus RS in for the head gasket FSA. I actually drove up from Florida (1200 mi) so Jessica Livernois could be the one to perform the service. She not only did this service but a number of other items as well, with great communication throughout the process. Dropped off Monday and could have had the car back Tuesday. I drove back to FL the next day after I picked up my car, with zero issues on the way home. Best tech I have ever encountered!

I called Jack Demmer with no one in mind just a few questions. I spoke with Rocsha who was AWESOME. When I walked in she welcomed me with her full attention. From the time I stepped in the door until I signed my papers she was nothing but helpful. I would recommend this young lady as your sales lady!

Took my car in for a slow tire leak and found out the rim was cracked! Luckily I bought the warranty for the rims and tires when I got the car. Joe was quick to tell me the issue and had me back on the road with a new rim in no time at all! Finally, a warranty that paid for itself!!! The service department is awesome, the waiting room is comfortable, and the people there are pleasant to talk to. I will always take my MKZ to JDL for service!

Brought my Focus RS in for the headgasket recall. Jessica Livernois does great work. Done right the first time, and does a great job communicating throughout the process. Well worth the drive from Grand Rapids to have it done at Jack Demmer.

Fantastic service department, I had taken my car to another dealer and they were unable to solve the issue and gave up on it. The technician, Jessica, was able to diagnose the issue and wouldn't settle until it was resolved. Issue was resolved very quickly with a shuttle provided to/from work. Would definitely recommend again and again to anybody!
