What an awesome experience I had with Jack Demmer Lincoln! I had an unresolved issue with my one year old vehicle so I contacted Lincoln customer service department where they reviewed the complaint and without hesitation, agreed to buy back the vehicle. I contacted my sales advisor, Wael and told him what I had in mind.
