Great service experience with Joe at Jack Demmer Lincoln. He went out of his way to accommodate me with a loaner vehicle after the battery died on my MKC. He sent a service shuttle to pick me up to get the loaner, and even had someone deliver my vehicle to my workplace once it was serviced. I would definitely recommend Joe and the rest of the Demmer Lincoln service team!
