Went into Jack Demmer to view a newly added vehicle and was immediately approached by Pat who was very friendly. Test drove, fell in love and purchased the unit a couple days later. Seamless process, not pushy and extremely friendly. Go see Pat Koss!
The service I received today was superb as usual!!
Great service. I just used the pick up and delivery service for the first time for a routine oil change and the service was great. I was able to schedule the pick up through the app for a time and place that worked for me and left me with a rental vehicle to use while they had mine. Once they were done they called and arranged a time to bring my car back to me and it was all washed and smelling new. Great service all around!
Excellent service department! Jessica Livernois and crew always have top notch service. Great friendly service advisors and shuttle drivers as well.

I always use their quick lane for my oil changes and maintenance. Dropping the car off and using their shuttle is a breeze. I’ve had Tony drive the shuttle a few times for me and he is just awesome. A local whose just nice as can be. He’s the reason I keep coming back.
