Very disappointed with the service department at Jack Demmer Lincoln. I took my 2020 Aviator in to be serviced for a few issues a few months ago, I received a call and was told all of the issues were fixed and my car was ready to be picked up. I picked my car up and one of the issues persisted. I took the car back to the service department in May with a few videos of the issue to show the service department, they had my car for 2 weeks and called to tell me that they couldn't replicate the issue and the car was ready for pic... read more
After searching for weeks on line I called Jack Demmer. Mr Sam Awazem my sales person was able to find my Corsair as we discussed what I was looking for. I was able to come test drive & compare other possible choices that same day. I was slightly intimidates of all the new technology Sam went over the main features then sent me a video which went over everything n detail. Loving my new Corsair. To have a Sales Person who can anticipate the customers every concern is AWESOME !!! THANK YOU SAM !
