Had my first experience at Jack Demmer and what a great experience it was! Thanks to Rick Adkins who was a warm and welcoming salesman. It's hard to go into a new dealership being a single mom and not have them sell you something you don't want or give you the best deal possible. Rick listened to my needs and wants and definitely delivered. I can't see myself going anywhere else but Jack Demmer to see my salesman Rick!!

Bought a used 2013 car in January. Given full warranty, took it in for service found out car had been in an accident prior to me buying it and now the warranty, due to existing damage was void. Dealership said there was nothing they could do and would not work with me to determine if there is any other damage.
Very friendly and fast service!! I love it!! I just bought me a Lincoln Ls and going there for my needs took no time at all.
