From start to finish an absolute joke. I asked you guys to run my credit 3 times and you ran it 9. Then when I tell my salesman this two weeks later and show him the lenders he ran it threw he wanted to argue with me about it. I will never recommend this place or James Summers. My credit score dropped almost 20 points. Thanks J Pauly for confirming what I already knew about the car business.

We bought a used truck here on a Saturday and it broke down the following Monday. It was 6am so we had to have it towed to the nearest garage. We left with a $400 bill. I called J Pauley and they told me I should have bought the extended warranty. Literally a full day after we bought it this happened. To make matters worse, we are return customers. Horrible — I’ve been trying to get paper work processed for over a month an a half. I do not receive callbacks, only short emails. Customer service is 0/10. Nothing is being processed correctly. Your finance department needs to get it together. Will never do business with this dealership again.

wont buy Toyota again.... brought our 2017 Toyota Camry into the service department because no matter what setting you put the AC/Heat on it blows out of the vents facing the occupants. The service department says thats normal for all Toyota's. said if we didn't want it blowing in our face close the vents!
