Great service and on time
I had my truck serviced and was in a timely manor and reasonable price.
Informative, quick, and courteous...those elements will bring me back.
The service dept is always quick to get my vehicle in and very efficient in taking care of me and explaining what they did.
The service department always does a great job with my car. And they are very quick. We have bought several cars from them, and the sales people do not push or pressure you at all. J Pauley is awesome to do business with when you need your car serviced, or need a new vehicle.
Took my Sequoia in for routine maintenance today. Used the Express service. There were 4 vehicles ahead of me, but the wait time was very reasonable and the charge was comparable to less full service garages. Nice waiting area and the service personnel are all very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Their service department ruined my engine when repairing a recall and put a very noticeable dent in my fender. The service manager Ed Shown was unbelievably rude when contacted about the issues. I have reached out to the general manager but have not been contacted.
I had an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. Howard went above and beyond to take care of me.
