We have purchased 2 new cars from J Pauley. We have used the Express service lane for oil changes for several years and do not make appointments for oil changes. (they are the only ones that have serviced both vehicles since new). Saturday morning I pulled into the express service lane and left my keys with them as usual. This time they kept pulling vehicles in ahead of mine and I ask about it and was told those vehicles had appointments. They need to change the name as there was nothing "Express" about it.
