RecommendedBill King is the most helpful professional service manager there is! I had a small issue with my tires, he went to bat for me and got it taken care of! He takes care of the customer! I won’t shop for or service a vehicle anywhere else.
I have never been so dissatisfied with a car dealership. Something always happens when they are going to replace the speaker to my 4Runner! They were suppose to order the part and I was unable to make the first one last month due to clinicals for school and made one for over a month out when I had a free day! They (Austin) promised they’d keep it until then but I guess this is typical J. Pauley from what I hear. The service techs are always friendly and knowledgeable.
Not pushy at all, which was nice. Howard Drake set us up quickly and smoothly.
clean and nice but not very informative about when your warranty runs out. They will fix it first then tell u the price when you think you still have free oil changes. if I would of know that I wouldn't of drove for 3 hours

Pauley Toyota. I received a timely response from two salespersons. I explained that I lived 130 miles away and it would take a couple of hours to get there so H.B. put a hold on the vehicle for me. James Summers is completely disrespectful, absolutely hateful to customers. Asked to speak with his manager, but refused to leave us alone in the lot. I will not return to this lot, and I’ll make sure EVERYBODY knows how they treat people. He promised to send the manager, of course no one ever came.
