I used Durfour Roofing for several years and they did great work (although I always had to chase them to get an invoice). Lately however, it has been impossible to book them for repairs. I have left several messages with their receptionist and have not received a call back. It seems that they are no longer interested in small repair jobs. If you require roof repair, do not waste your time calling them.
We recently purchased our house and despite having recently replaced the roof for the home owners before us, JL Dufour took the time to answer all my questions about the work that was done and to give us assurances about the quality of the work and how they are just a phone call away if anything should unexpectedly go wrong in the future. They go above and beyond to ensure that they are providing an elite service and they guarantee it! I could not recommend them enough.
My neighbour and I hired them to do our roof recently. Very pleased with the results. Jules is very responsive and put together a comprehensive quote in no time. Out of the three quotes I got, his was the most competitive. Best part is the price I was quoted was the price I got. No surprises. His staff were friendly and polite, and cleaned up the job site well. He's been in the business 40 years and you can see why. I would hire him again.
My husband and I were very pleased with the work done to replace our roof July 24/24 and also our facia above our living room window. We have a very large roof which made for a big job. The large crew began arriving starting at 6:00 am and worked continuously until completed. We didn’t think it could be done in one day but they were all amazing workers. Great job! Manager/owner came to site and preps and has ready for his crew to start right away. The guys were friendly, fast, efficient, and good at what they do. When they left you'd barely know they were even there! Had the recommendation from neighbour. Have recommended them several times since! And they use great shingles and are recognized by better business bureau as an accredited company... I did a lot of research and quotes with 10 other roofers. And to top it off they were at a very fair middle of the pack pricing.
