Professional caring excellent care.
Dr Hornell is an excellent Dr and he is very helpful with any issues I have and all my chronic conditions as well.
Dr. Hornell was respectful, asked questions, and listened to what I had to say. I was satisfied with this appointment.
Had a great experience. The office staff was professional and friendly. The nurse was knowledgeable and kind, Dr Hornell was easy to talk with and open and honest about next steps to take. He wanted to hear about my next appointment with my eye dr. I provided that thru MyChart and Dr. Hornell responded the same day.
It was good, he seemed a bit rushed, I would have liked a few more minutes with him.
He is an excellent doctor
