Excellent PCP and staff is friendly too and got me in same day for a UTI. It can be difficult to get follow up answers but can't say why as I have only been to this clinic twice.

This was my 1st time (new patient) to see Dr Hornell I was totally impressed and liked him a lot. Seemed though and interested in what I had to say. I have already mentioned his practice to a family member looking for a physician
