I am very comfortable with the clinic and Dr. Hornell which I feel is important
Dr Hornell always listens and answers questions in an easy to understand way. Although I waited a little extra time for this particularly appt. Dr Hornell sincerely apologized and explained why. It is very rare to have to wait for an appt it is usually on time and sometimes a little early if I'm there. I have always felt that I could talk to Dr Hornell about anything without being embarrassed. I have been going here for years and have recommended friends and family who are also very pleased with this Dr.
Haven't had a bad experience at this clinic yet.

Dr Hornell is compassionate. He is having to do the job of a mental health professional because Kadlec does NOT have any in their employ. I think he did a wonderful job at listening and willingness to try to help me in a conservative manner. The powers that be need to do much much better at staffing your system with specialized providers which are in dire need in our community. It's not fair to put all that on your family medicine doctors. DO BETTER KADLEC!!And give Dr Hornell a giant raise for doing the psych jobs Kadlec ca... read more

Dr Hornel is always able to listen and and understand and respond professionally. We are very thankful he is our Dr and his staff is also helpful.
