The staff was very helpful when we ran into a few problems. In need of renovations regarding the pools, deck, lounging equipment. Rooms were comfortable but definitely need some TLC. We've stayed there 5 times. Will go again, but only if changes have been done.
We're loving it
The only hotel that would not accept my Prepaid money card - had to use my Credit Card which incurred currency charges!

Rooms are great.located perfect from down town. Room was right by pool and had a great BBQ area. If in Palm Springs this is the place to stay that want break the bank and the front desk was very friendly the entire staff.
