Horrible. Dirty. Nasty. NOT a resort. We had racists bothering us and then the manager and other employees too. Extreme racism. Stay in a real hotel!
Ok. So the front desk lady was awesome. She was kind and helpful. The room.... not so much. We didn't want to walk around barefoot . The air conditioner sounded like a jet plane ready to take off.... the shampoo and conditioner was clearly left over from the previous guests as they were less than half full..... don't even think of moving the bed back to use the plug behind the bed on the wall....you will find gummy bears and dust bunnies galore. we were pleasantly surprised. the room was clean, the staff was very friendly. it sounds like it's under new management and they are making some improvements. we would stay there again.
