RecommendedGreat price and the staff was incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. The room was clean and I slept like a baby. I enjoyed the breakfast and the pool looked amazing. Such a great location very close to downtown. No complaints on my great stay at this hotel!
Staff was incredibly nice attentive, room was clean, bed comfortable, and breakfast had nice options. The grounds were beautiful with nice view of the mountains.
Improvements are happening and the property is looking great. The two pool areas are nice and the brand new game room is perfect for all kids and teenagers to play while parents are relaxing by the pool.
It needs major Reno’s for the price I don’t believe it to be worth it.
Rooms need a little updating. Only could swim till 10 was told pool was closed come on it’s hotin palms springs st night
The pools need to be fixed, the tiles are falling off and the water is super cloudy. The rooms are decent but have old furniture. It has potential but there are better places to spend your money. We gave it a shot and maybe we’ll come back if it’s updated. Palm Springs is all about being pool side during the day and it wasn’t what I was expecting.
