I have stay at Ivy twice now and I love this place. Very clean close to downtown, Pool site scenary very pretty. Two big pools not to mention small breakfast in the morning. 👍🏼
A reasonable hotel for a short stay. Closer to the tram than to downtown activities, although the free trolley does run by the place. Continental breakfast was pastries that were previously warmed in the microwave and cold hard boiled eggs. They suggested we check out the hot tub and heated pool. One of the hot tubs was cold, the other was warm but murky and cloudy. If checking out early, make sure you check out the night before as the doors are locked and the computer is not up and running before 6:30 a.m.
Just be sure to bring your own soap, they did not provide us with any, and when we asked house keeping they said they didn't have any
I'd like to say thank you to the manager, Robert for being so understanding and waiving my cancellation fee. I explained to him why we needed to cancel, and he was nice enough to do so, when in reality he didn't have to. This is the kind of customer service I appreciate. Thank you again, Robert. I look forward to spending time in our hotel another time.
Reasonably priced. Clean. Desk staff very attentive and informative.
