Along with that when we appraise your vehicle, what we appraise your vehicle for is the amount we will write you a check for, the "actual cash value" whether you buy from us or not. The value of your trade will not change based on the vehicle you select.

Awesome service staff. Courtesy shuttle available. The service writer didn’t try and fix everything wrong with my car, only what I asked them too. The dealership is way out of my way but I will continue to return!

I can’t say enough great things about gandrude. I have had my car fixed or serviced from them three Times in the past year and I have never had an issue. Instead people like Ed Baldwin make the experience so easy due to their high level of customer service. Shuttle? No problem. Your warranty company sucks, we will walk you through it. Need a loaner, they will do their best to accommodate you. Not to mention they found 2 issues a previous dealership missed! Excellent service!
Matt Gonwa is the guys to work with. I had my newborn twins with me while shopping for a new vehicle and he was beyond patient with them! Every time we go in there now to get our car tuned up he goes out of his way to say hi to us and give the kids some treats! Exceptional service Matt! Thank you!

We bought our van in april, came with a small warranty. Before we purchased we noticed the stow and go seating was broken. We were told it's be fixed by pick up. Pick up time rolls around. Still not fixed, took the van home anyways and scheduled an appointment. After that appointment, they'd have to order the parts, because once again they can't fix it. But don't worry, they fixed it after visit number 4, and our warranty was burnt due to the ridiculous amount of traveling between their shop, and home. Then the check engine ... read more
