Along with that when we appraise your vehicle, what we appraise your vehicle for is the amount we will write you a check for, the "actual cash value" whether you buy from us or not. The value of your trade will not change based on the vehicle you select.

Poor communication. I traded a car in and they didn't have appropriate paperwork so my previous lender still had me on the books for this. I had to make numerous phone calls and return to dealer to sign paperwork a month after I traded car so I was no longer on the hook for payments for my previous loan. My time was wasted and didn't really get much of an apology.

Very disappointed with how my car buying experience went. I bought a 2017 Jeep Compass that they very same say I left the lot with it a dash board light came on. I have been in and out of the shop for over a month now. Everything has been covered up until today when they told me they were no longer covering the cost to work on the vehicle. This was my second time signing a lease and everything went great. Great customer service and my sales associate was very helpful. I wanted a blue Trax and that’s what I got. This particular Trax came with a safety package, which I did not ask for. I was not charged extra for this.
I was lied to, repeated promises were broken but kept lying about it, communication was 98% non-existent. Car sold to me broke down literally under 10 mins after I drove out, and they had the nerve to try to blame it on me. One of the worst experiences of my life, which lasted almost a month. The guys in Jeep service are great. But the guys in Chevy I wouldn't trust for a second. You are not treated like a human being there, you are merely a 'sale'. I went elsewhere and was treated with respect and consideration.
