The value of your trade will not change based on the vehicle you select.

Went shopping for a vehicle here yesterday and the 2 sales men who helped us were so friendly, helpful, and upfront. They helped me understand what I could afford with the payments I wanted and looked through their inventory at several of their locations to find me somthing that met my wants and needs. They were also awsome with my 6yr old son being with us, they made sure to talk to him and make him feel included and got him lemonade and popcorn!
I have been looking for a new vehicle for a little over a year. I am incredibly picky so it’s been a long road to finding the perfect vehicle. Brought truck in for warranty for a new motor. They tore apart my whole front end of my truck. Tore apart the motor. Pulled the front diff out. Then tolled me they couldn’t warranty it cause it had a bent fender. When they could of told me that before hand. Charged me 900$ to get my keys back. NEVER PUT ANYTHING BACK TOGETHER! My bed of my truck was full of parts. Replaced motor myself, and half the shit was missing. This place is a joke.
Joe fisher helped me find the car I was looking for! He was so patient with me as I test drove multiple cars, each time he met me at the door with a smile and never pushed me into something I didn’t want. He was patient with me while the paper work part took forever (Because I had to wait for my husband). He never once made me feel like an inconvenience of his time. When I’m ready to buy another car, I will definitely will be buying from Grandrud Chevy in Green Bay!!
They did a great job fixing my truck! A few communication problems but that was mostly on my end. Jim in collision did an amazing job. The truck literally looks nicer then the day I bought it. I highly recommend them! Look forward to buying my next truck from them. Thanks again Jim and Don!!
