Walked into Gandrud last week and Jared setup a 2015 Chevy Trax for me to test drive, loved it and took it home tonight! Jared was an awesome and thorough sales guy! He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and went through the entire book and all features and made sure everything in the vehicle was setup before we left. Definitely would buy another vehicle there!
It took over an hour just to get my oil changed. It's unacceptable.
Had a great experience today at the repair shop. The gentleman who helped me (Mark/Mike) was a stand up guy who went out of his way to provide a great customer experience. Left me feeling good about continually going back to Gandrud to buy/service future vehicles. I hope I continue to receive that level of service. Thank you!
