Great experience. Joe Fischer did an awesome job selling my Fiance her Equinox a year ago so that's why I came back to him to buy my new Silverado.
Just went to Gandrud to get a blinker light changed. Ed told me $60.00. The bill was 93.92. I guess that included a light bulb, which were $6.00 and $11.58. Then I also had to pay for supplies $5.87. They gave me 8.30 off for complaining. Just make sure u add 50% onto the estimate.
I can not say enough good things about Gandrud Chevy from their sales, to service, to finance, to aftermarket sales. Everyone is customer service oriented! Everyone has gone over and above for me! I wont ever buy a vehicle from an other dealership!!!
We have bought 2 vehicles, within the last year, at Gandrud. We had Richie Bridenhagen, both times! He was wonderful to work with, great to see someone from our home area!!! The service department, are wonderful, also!!! Strongly recommend to all our friends and family.
The only Chevrolet dealership in Wisconsin that caters to working folks! All the rest are useless!
