Poor workmanship and poor customer service.
RecommendedWe recently used It’s Your Floor to renovate our new home in Southlake and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The friendly and professional staff were super knowledgeable and easy to work with, helping us in choosing and sourcing the perfect granite, stone, carpet and tile for our custom renovation ideas. This is the best company they do a great job. They did a wonderful job on my bathroom , kitchen, stairs. I have had them do a lot of work always been professional done, on time and right on budget. The owners are really nice and the employees are great. They do what is best for your needs. I will be using them again, and would recommend them to family and friends.
It was an overall bad experience with this company, and shame on us for not doing our due diligence beforehand to read reviews on multiple sites about them. In short, we like the final product -- but the journey to get there was excruciating. The professionalism is zero. Beware! They are fast to charge your credit card but if anything goes wrong , nobody will answer your call or address your issue . We contracted for $10,000 wood work which turned out to be 4 months of hell. They will charge you top $$ and send workers who can barely do the job. I regret doing business with this people , just a warning!!!!!
