ITS did a tremendous job for us, removing mold in our Manhattan apartment's basement area. Doug and his team were very professional, and highly communicative, always very responsive to questions, etc. Their services are very reasonably priced compared to other providers we solicited quotes from. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Outstanding service, meticulous, respect for the clients and sensitive to budget. I could go on with praise but you get the idea. We had chipmunks nesting in the drop ceiling of our basement. Once we eliminated chipmunk access, ITSEnvironmental came quickly to clean up the mess so we can get back to using our basement rec room. They were helpful and answered all my many questions. I recommend them very highly.
The owner, Doug, is kind, professional, respectful, and punctual. His company provides very thorough sanitizing services - top notch. I highly recommend them.
HIRE THEM NO QUESTIONS ASKED! I rarely write reviews, and had to because of how amazing this entire team is. I'm a 27 year old in a studio apartment in East Village, and was in a dire situation after rats got into my apartment and absolutely ransacked it. 80% of my things were contaminated, and I couldn't live there for almost a month.
