Set up an initial appointment with doctor Itenberg to talk through what to do about my rectal prolapse. He gave me 3 different options for repair and explained each very well.He suggested a laparoscopic ventral mesh rectopexy - and explained why he thought it was best. He also had a resident with him and I could hear them talking through what to do with me - though the appointment took longer than expected - I love that he was teaching/mentoring.I booked the surgery and he was so nice and supportive the day of the surgery. Great. Dr very knowledgeable and spoke to me explaining everything
He was late in arriving, but then he spent a good deal of time with me going over my medical history and the issue that brought me to his clinic. He was clear. He answered my questions. Then, after an exam, he gave me the option of performing a procedure now, or delaying it if I preferred. That was helpful. I decided to proceed and his team did the procedure right away.

Surgery follow-up visit and discussion about LIFT procedure. I had a list of questions to direct at the provider, all were answered completely. Second surgery scheduled as a result of this visit.
Excellent, everything was explained very well and treatment options were explained.
My experience with this provider was a poor experience far as not doing what is really wrong with me.
