Physician was very good explaining my progress after surgery and what to expect in the next 4 weeks.
Dr. Itenberg is the person who listened and solved my problems which were many and changing throughout my months long illness. He's the best!

My husband experienced an intestinal perforation as a result of a stricturotomy and ended up in ER with a fever and abdomen distention. The PA on duty told us she contacted the general surgeon on call and he would be taking my husband into surgery to repair the perforation. Concerned that the general surgeon wasn't the appropriate surgeon for the situation, I questioned his experience with Crohn's patients.
