Always have a good experience and a high level of care at every visit. This week I had a crown break and was able to get in the next day for an emergency appt. Was seen by a relief Dr. there who was wonderful and left that day with a perfect brand new crown. I appreciate getting in so fast and the excellent care!

Honestly could not ask for a better dental clinic. Everyone on staff is so knowledgeable and accommodating, and I love that they actually take the time to listen and to explain everything. I wish more dentists were like the staff at Issaquah Dental Arts. 15/10.
My crown broke on a weekend so I left a message at Dr. Hansen’s office. I was contacted on the morning of their first business day and given an appointment within 24 hours. They listened to my concerns, explained options with me in detail to help me make a decision I was comfortable with. Since the crown was only 2 years old, they said there would be no charge for a new crown.
Once again, I experienced excellent care. The technician reviewed previous concerns, answered all my questions and was professional, courteous and careful. The dentist clarified all of the answers she gave me and provided further input. Oh, and the front desk team was so welcoming! Thank you, Issaquah Dental Arts
