I realized today I have been going to Iss Dental Arts since 2002 today . and I think I have been seen by Trevi since then. She is such a pleasant hygienist and she clearly cares about my dental hygiene but more so cares about me and my family. I mentioned to her that before I started going to this office, I was haphazard with my dental care but since 2002 I go every 6 months and my exams have improved all along. I know most ppl dread going to the dentist but not me. I find it a pleasure and a treat.
I don't even mind going to the dentist anymore! Bethany was wonderful with my first time ever painless cleaning and Dr Hansen gave me options not ultimatums with my future dental work! Great group!!!
Just had my regular cleaning and exam. They get the job done without being overly clinical or overly friendly. Just regular people who obviously enjoy their work doing it well. They also never try to sell me on anything. If I was interested in anything cosmetic I'm sure they would be happy to help, but I just want to keep my teeth healthy and they stick to that. One last thing, I really appreciate is how well they use email to make sure I don't miss my appointments.
I was very pleased with the service I got. Very professional.

In the first week of January 2018 I canceled my appointment for cleaning. After a few days I received a phone call with a new appointment for the next Friday. I didn't expected to be so fast, Thank you Tasha! Thank you Trevi! You guys are the best!
The staff and doctors here are top notch and they always make you feel welcome and completely comfortable. I have been going here for years now and couldn't be happier! Thank you Issaquah Dental Arts, you guys ROCK!
