In my opinion, isoldmyhouse.com is a fabulous service. Kris L**** is attentive, informative, and treats requests with a sense of urgency. They have been a joy to work with. Additionally, the saving on buyer real estate agent commissions, provides the agility to negotiate a win/win price for the seller and buyer. We saved over 5K using ISoldMyHouse to sell our property. We preferred to deal with potential buyers and/or their agents directly, rather than thru an agent, as we prefer having the transparency and greater control over the process. The savings are an added bonus, albeit be prepared to spend a little bit more in legal fees, if your lawyer has to do some of the mediation normally handled by the seller's agent.
