We saved over 5K using ISoldMyHouse to sell our property. We preferred to deal with potential buyers and/or their agents directly, rather than thru an agent, as we prefer having the transparency and greater control over the process. The savings are an added bonus, albeit be prepared to spend a little bit more in legal fees, if your lawyer has to do some of the mediation normally handled by the seller's agent.
