We sold our house through this site and saved over $15,000! It can be a bit complicated entering all of the legal information but most of this you can find on your tax statement. The real actor we dealt with was sometimes very good about forwarding the inquiries and offers(we sold it twice as it fell out of escrow the first time), but at other times it would actually be a day or two...especially on the weekends.
